It has been a whirlwind of traveling since July with spurts of time in AZ to catch up on work and play with Thor. But this past much anticipated weekend was a monumental moment for me!!
Background info: I always seem to have 1 or 2 great friends out of every work, living, or travel experience...then came college. I had two fabulous girls that I love to call my roomies at some point in my college career, 1 amazingly smart and loving friend from classes and travels and then there are the 'girls'....I met all of them while living in Italy and even though I previously knew a few of them I never had managed to really hangout with them. All that changed while living in Florence and those 7 girls became my rock for the next two years of school. Two more were added when we all moved back to spokane to make the lovely 9 of us. I have only seen 2 of them since college graduation and this past weekend was the making for some wonderful new memories and lots of screams of excitement!!!
The first one out of all of us just got married this weekend in a beautiful outdoor ceremony on Kruger Farm in Portland, OR. Amanda was the most beautiful bride with absolutely perfect hair, setting, weather, flowers, you name and Ms. Martha Stewart herself was out in full force with the details!! I have TONS of photos to post....but here are just a few.
Flailing around to "Hey ya" and "I believe in a thing called love" was the best moment I had shared with these girls since graduation day! Thanx ladies for a fabulous weekend..miss you already.
I'll be working from AZ this week up until Sat...then off to be maid of honor in one of my closest friends weddings in San Fran until Wednesday.
