Many of you know that I work out of my home studio and I work some strange hours. I love coffee but coffee does not like my body. So I have to limit my amount during the week...but I have discovered the greatest little pick me up!! Trader Joe's Spicy Chai Latte Mix!! It's the greatest!

Shan... my girlfriend and I drink this daily. It's our treat. We use SILK instead of milk to reduce the dairy intake however it is purely AMAZING!
