I've been in a funk lately---for many reasons. Not being able to focus on my work, struggling with keeping positive and letting go of things that are out of my control. I had a great Mother's day with the entire family that helped me put everything into perspective. Family can very much slow down the reality of your day to day life and just by a hug or smile can wash away all of the worries that absorb so much of your mind & soul. It became a refreshing day as I stopped looking for answers. Mass was perfect and mom & i are trying to decide if we can make a trip to see Father Jack's new house in Hungary this fall! SO FUN! I also stumbled upon a pile of scrap papers that i wrote verses, quotes, thoughts on since college. It was such a reminder of the way He works in your life right when you need him most but don't expect it! Here are a few I found that I wanted to share.
"What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us"
"Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end"
"We conquer by continuning"

I would love your prayers to give me guidance & strength! THANX!!
Happy Monday!!
